Berkeley Hall offers a number of physical pursuits, from golf and racquet sports to swimming, biking, water sports and more for each member to meet their goals. In order to ensure our members continue to enjoy these activities for years to come, we’re proud to offer cutting-edge fitness evaluations and physical training programs designed specifically for each member.
Conditioning is kingPilates, barre, core conditioning, yoga and aerobics are among the full roster of classes provided by trained instructors. These classes, along with private sessions, execute high performance results and focus on stability, mobility and flexibility. Throughout our 14,500 square-foot facility you’ll enjoy full access to cardiovascular strength equipment, training classrooms, an indoor pool and whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms, spa treatment areas and healthy spa café.

A pioneer in the development of physical therapy and strength conditioning, his customized programs are based on in-depth screenings of medical history, nutritional profiles, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and strength and body composition.
