Premier Golf for the Premier Amateurs
Berkeley Hall Club hosted The Players Amateur from 2012 to 2019, showcasing many of the top amateur players from around the world. We are immensely proud to have hosted this prestigious event, widely recognized as one of the premier amateur tournaments worldwide. All participants competed for an exemption into the RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing, South Carolina’s only PGA TOUR event.
The Players Amateur alumni have distinguished themselves in the world of professional golf.
More than 30 are now playing on the PGA Tour, including tour stars Matt Kuchar, Dustin Johnson, Rickie Fowler, Justin Thomas, Brooks Koepka, Patrick Rogers, Bill Haas, Lucas Glover, Ben Curtis, Camilo Villegas, Nick Watney, Kyle Stanley and more.
