In order to help our members truly enjoy our two beautifully-designed and expertly-maintained Tom Fazio golf courses, we dedicated 33 acres to creating one of the finest golf practice facilities in the Southeast. This resulting in Golf Digest recognizing us as a “Top 75 Golf Practice Facility.” Plus, a number of PGA Tour players have visited Berkeley Hall with the express purpose of working on their game at the Practice Facilities, and came away with glowing praise as the best they’ve ever seen. Most importantly, our members have benefited from this amenity and help us evolve our offerings from year to year.
Warm-up Side
The warm-up side of our practice complex is adjacent to the first tee of the North Course, with convenient access to the South Course. Players have access to well-supplied individual stations complete with exact yardages posted daily to 6 target greens. With a chipping green, practice bunker and putting green mowed to course speeds located near the warm-up side of the practice tee, it’s a great place for a player to get prepared to go out and take on either course.Learning Side
The learning side offers the same amenities as the warm-up side, with the addition of a mobile canopy structure allowing practice regardless of weather. The wedge practice area has nine target sand greens and a laser to help hone your short game. Our short game area features three target greens and putting green, seven replica bunkers and enough real estate that a player can hit a shot up to 150 yards!
