A board consisting of Owner-elected members collects dues (bi-annually), manages routine external maintenance and landscaping, administers a capital reserve fund in anticipation of future expenditures, and enforces the covenants and by-laws to ensure a high standard of community appearance. Comforting to owners and potential buyers, the Association has a zero assessment history and the capital reserve fund is fully funded.
